Equidistant from Malaga and Gibraltar Los Arqueros Golf prides itself on being the Costa del Sol´s first Seve Ballesteros design.
Set in the mountains on the road to Ronda the layout is breathtaking in more ways than one. In its construction over one million cubic metres of earth were moved, even so it is still quite up and down.
At 6.048 metres off the back tees thr course is not overly long but strategically located tees add interest and offer a stiff test for professionals whilst at the same time the course is an acceptable challenge for club golfers. The opening of Los Arqueros aroused interest, was eagerly awaited and subsequently has not been a disappointment. Now with new owners in charge it is benefitting from further improvements and rejuvenation.
Located five kilometres from San Pedro de Alcántara, it is worth a drive into the hills.
